Arbitration

In order to settle international disputes, with a concern for discretion, the lawyers are called to use international arbitration. It is a method of disputes settlement that may take place either within an institutional framework, or within a framework set up by the parties. The Firm may intervene alternately as:

- the drafter of the arbitration clause

- the lawyer of a party

- co-arbitrator appointed by a party or Chairman of

  the arbitration tribunal
